What should I do before sending my order ?
In order to avoid any loss, the transmission must be sent without the brackets and any other accessories that are part of the car. AISIN cannot be held responsible for any loss of accessories during the refurbishment process. -
When will I receive my order ?
Within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch of the damaged gearbox. -
When are deliveries scheduled? What is the delivery time ?
Once the gearbox has been repaired, you will receive all the information concerning delivery. Delivery : shipping within 2 working days. -
What should I do if I don't receive my order ?
A tracking number will be available on your profile. You will be able to track the stages of your order or contact: contact@at-repair.aisin-europe.com -
What should I do if my order arrives damaged ?
If you detect a problem when you receive your order, you must report it to the carrier.

How do I know if my gearbox is repairable ?
When creating your new diagnosis, you will be asked to select the reference of the transmission (a picture will be requested « N/A ». We will then analyze your request and a reply will be made within 48 hours. -
Is there a risk of defective parts ?
AISIN is the original equipment manufacturer for these gearboxes Our quality process includes testing on the same test benches as the original equipment manufacturer. -
What do I do once I receive my repaired gearbox ?
Once you receive your gearbox back, it will be ready to be mounted on the vehicle, but you will have to flash the ECU.
And an oil level is necessary only if it is indicated on a document attached to your gearbox. -
How is the part reconditioned ? Where do the components come from ?
Only Original Equipment components are used to recondition gearboxes.
All products comply with or exceed the standards of the parts originally fitted to vehicles.

What warranty applies to my product ?
It depends on the type of repair :
-Full repair : The product is guaranteed for 2 years or 120 000 km.
-Targeted repair : The repaired part of the product is guaranteed for 2 years or 80 000 km. -
